SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - Sioux Falls Police are investigating a scam that cost one local woman $58,000. According to Sioux Falls Police, a 68-year-old woman received a pop-up on her iPad that said it was Apple Security on May 1. The message told her to call a number, and she did. The answering party claimed to be a bank. They told the woman that there were problems with her account, and they transferred her to multiple other people.

Hutton re-elected to Harrisburg school board
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Jay Hutton has been re-elected to serve on the Harrisburg school board for a three-year term. In an election held Tuesday, Hutton received 226 votes to beat Patrick Foley, who received 204 votes. There were 430 ballots cast in the election from a total voter registration of 25,418 between Harrisburg, parts of Sioux Falls and Lincoln County township Delapre.
