First responders on scene at Rock River
ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) - First responders were on scene around 11 a.m. Sunday at the Rock River after getting reports of a person in the water. The Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office, Rockford Police Department and Rockford Fire Department were working at 215 N. Wyman St. under the Jefferson Street bridge.
