YARDLEY, Pa. (TCD) -- A 23-year-old man who believed his 19-year-old ex-girlfriend cheated on him allegedly stabbed her to death shortly after their breakup. An East Norriton man has been arrested and charged after police allegedly caught him in the act of stealing from a vehicle Saturday night in North Wales Borough. Joseph McKenzie, 44, was arraigned Sunday morning on felony counts of theft from a motor vehicle and escape, as well as misdemeanor counts of attempted theft by unlawful taking, evading arrest, obstruction of law enforcement, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Court records show bail was initially set at 10% of $5,000 cash, but a bail review two days later increased bail to $7,500 cash.
