DALLAS (KDAF) — Every hotel needs a Chief Happiness Officer and Fairmont Dallas found their paw-fect match.

Yoke Yong, director of talent and culture at the hotel, adopted sweet Bondi from Operation Kindness in Carrollton, TX. Now, Bondi serves as the CHO, wagging her tail and greeting guests with licks and sniffs throughout the week.

As an already dog-friendly hotel, it was a no-brainer that Bondi would fit right in at Fairmont Dallas.

“I think she brings just so much joy to everyone who comes through these doors and anyone who works at the hotel,” said Yong.

With Fairmont Dallas being located in the heart of downtown, Young explained they get a lot of tourists, but also visitors that are here for work purposes. Bondi now gets to greet those guests who might have had a stressful work day or tough meetings, and it instantly makes their day.
