Among the big events on the docket, the US Nationals for cyclists in Charleston, the Armed Forces Day Parade in South Charleston and the 2nd annual Taco Festival in Huntington. While the West Virginia State high school track and field meet goes rain or shine starting Friday, some delays due to lightning are possible in the evening. Both Kentucky and Ohio state Track and Field meets are next weekend. Turns out many outdoor events will be played in the rain.
