HARTINGTON – Donna Burbach has dished out meals made with love to Holy Trinity and Cedar Catholic students for nearly three decades. However, the 2023-24 academic year marks the end of her career as the food service manager/head cook for the school, as she is planning to retire soon from the position.

OMAHA — Senior Blue Devils Chase Schroeder and Dylan Heine each brought home a medal from the 2024 Nebraska Class D Track Championships held May 1718 at Omaha Burke Stadium. Schroeder used a time of 2-minutes and 03.42 seconds in the 800-meter run to bring the eighth-place medal home to Wynot.
Arrest made in search that prompts school lockdown in Pierre
PIERRE, S.D.–A Springfield man is arrested in Pierre Wednesday in an incident that led to a shelter-in-place for an elementary school. Officers noticed 29 year-old Ramiro Gonzalez on Capitol Avenue near Lakeview Court. Gonzalez, who had active arrest warrants, was a suspect in a stolen vehicle case in Pierre.
