Creston Police Report

(Creston) The Creston Police Department arrested Joseph Lee James Eblen, 24, on Saturday for Driving While Barred, two counts of Violation of a No Contact Order, Burglary 1st Degree – Bodily Injury, and Assault while Participating in a Felony. Eblen was taken to the Union County Jail where he was held on $32,600 cash or surety bond.

Douglas Edward Woodward III, 38, of Clearfield, was arrested Saturday on a Polk County warrant for Criminal Mischief 4th Degree – Failure to Appear for Arraignment. Woodward was taken to the Union County Jail where he was held on $1,000 cash only bond awaiting extradition to Polk County.

Dennis Gerald Tyler, 46, was arrested Sunday for Public Intoxication and Interference with Official Acts. Tyler was taken to the Union County Jail where he was later released on $600 cash or surety bond.

Oliver Stephen Davis, 71, was cited and released on a promise to appear on Sunday for Reckless Use of Firearm.
