CERES, Calif. — Ceres police are asking for the public’s help to find a missing 14-year-old said to be at-risk because of a medical issue. Peyton Jones was last seen on Tuesday wearing a white tank top and red sweatpants. She has red hair, brown eyes, is about five feet tall and weighs 130 pound, according to police.
