'Real Housewives of New Jersey' Season Premiere Kicks Off This Sunday in Cranford

CRANFORD, NJ - This weekend, the popular Bravo reality TV show, “Real Housewives of New Jersey” will kick off season 14 in Cranford. Some may remember when the housewives took over Vine & Oak Tavern last August to film the episode.

TAPinto Cranford spoke to Sophia El-Khoury, owner of The Royal Sweet Fairy, who was hired as an event planner and baker for the episode. El-Khoury said, “I worked with housewife Rachel Fuda and producers to find a location. I felt it was a great opportunity to showcase a local restaurant and involve as many Cranford business owners as possible.” Born and raised in Cranford, El-Khoury couldn’t think of a better place than her hometown for the opportunity.

Vine & Oak was used as the backdrop for a birthday party featured in the opening episode and El-Khoury was hired to ensure the entire event was film ready. The Royal Sweet Fairy has continued to work with the production team and her business will also be featured in future episodes this year.

The "Real Housewives of New Jersey" season premiere will air this Sunday, May 5 at 8:00 p.m.
