Second Chance Animal Sanctuaries win aid for senior dogs
Tioga, Pa. — The Grey Muzzle Organization, a national nonprofit dedicated to letting senior dogs live out their last days in loving homes, has awarded 100 animal welfare groups with grants during this year's cycle. Second Chance Animal Sanctuaries is among the grant winners, which were chosen from a pool of nearly 400 applicants.
