TROY PA, (WENY) -- Alparon Park was full of visitors this weekend for the annual Endless Mountains Maple Festival. Dating back to the 1980's, the festival has rich history. Athens, Pa. — A man allegedly high on methamphetamine slapped a woman and kicked her before police arrested him.
