No. 7 Greenville ends Massie season in sectional title game
GREENVILLE — State-ranked Greenville defeated Clinton-Massie 10-0 Wednesday in a Division II North 1 Sectional championship game at GHS. “Not the outcome we had hoped for but honestly very proud of the Lady Falcons this year,” Massie manager Brandon Lewis said. “They accomplished a lot of things this year and have made the school proud of their fight and determination.”

On Wednesday, the Arcanum Trojans earned a 6-2 victory over the Archbishop Alter Knights. The win made it back-to-back victories for Arcanum. Sectional champions: Elgin baseball moves on to districts with win over Berne Union
LANCASTER — Elgin proved it belongs among the Central District's four best Division IV baseball teams. Seeded fifth in the tournament, the Comets knocked off No. 3 Berne Union 5-2 on Thursday night at Lancaster's Beavers Field. They will now play second-seeded Fairfield Christian Academy at 5 p.m. Monday at Beavers Field in a district semifinal game. FCA topped No. 10 Shekinah Christian 2-0 in the second game at the legendary Lancaster facility on Thursday.
