The disappearance of a mom and daughter has come to a "tragic end" after a car was found crashed and flipped over.

Lauren Bonvillian, 33, and her daughter Savannah Bagley, 4, were reported missing Sunday night. The pair were last seen leaving Corsicana, Texas , traveling to Robinson in the blue Toyota Corolla at around 10pm on April 14.

But on Monday, the car was found at around 7pm having crashed on SH-31 near County Line Road, southwest of Mount Calm, according to Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Troopers. According to cops, the car had been traveling westbound when it left the road and overturned.

Lauren and Savannah were pronounced dead at the scene, leaving behind Lauren's boyfriend and Savannah's father Dustin Bagley. Kimberly Graham, Lauren’s mother and Savannah’s grandmother, confirmed their deaths earlier in the evening.

“Our two beautiful girls have gone to heaven. Thank you to everyone for all your prayers," Kimberly wrote on social media. Robinson police shared: “We are saddened to announce a tragic ending to this case.

"Lauren and Savannah were located deceased late this afternoon in Hill County as the result of a one vehicle crash. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and everyone affected by this tragedy.”

When Lauren and Savannah never made it home, their family immediately began searching for them, and after no luck in their search, filed the missing person reports, leading to a wider community search. Robinson Police Department Lieutenant Tracy O’Connor said his department was alerted by the Texas Dept. of Public Safety at about 4 am on April 15 of their disappearance.

Police spent most of Monday searching for the mother and daughter along Texas Highway 31 between Waco and Corsicana. They eventually found the vehicle and their bodies in a pond off Highway 31 between FM 939 and County Road 3272.

The family has started a GoFundMe to help Dustin come to terms with the loss and cover funeral arrangements. His cousin Nickey wrote: "Lauren was such a kind person to everyone and an amazing mom, Savannah [was] such a fun loving sweet little girl who loved gymnastics. Both beautiful souls taken far too early."

They pleaded: "Please help Dustin on his journey to grief and find peace, all funds with go to Dustin for funeral arrangements, time from work, bills, etc help us give a little more ease to him as he processes what happened all while keeping afloat. As a young family this will be hard. Anyone who knew them, loved them we will all miss y'all dearly and will never be forgotten!!"

At the time of writing, just over $1,000 has been raised. The investigation is active and ongoing.
