OPD Honor Guard pays tribute to fallen heroes
The Odessa Police Department Honor Guard recently had the privilege of attending funerals of two fallen officers in Houston and Corpus Christi. Fallen Harris County Sheriff’s Deputy Investigator John H. Coddou III passed away last month while assisting a motorist during a crash.
