    Corinth man arrested on drug trafficking charges

    CORINTH, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — A Corinth man has been arrested following a drug sale investigation, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office. Nicholas Harwood, 35, is facing multiple charges.

    On April 24, police executed a search warrant at a home on Liberty Street in Corinth in connection to an extensive investigation into drug trafficking throughout Saratoga County. Harwood was taken into custody as a result of the search.

    Police say Harwood is accused of possessing and selling cocaine and crack cocaine across the county. He now faces the following charges:

    Charges

    • Two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
    • Fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
    • Two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
    State Police investigating Kinderhook crash

    Harwood was arraigned at the Malta Town Court before being remanded to the Saratoga County Jail in lieu of bail, bond or partially secured bond.
