Tracking a warm and dry weekend

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — Another warm and dry day with highs back into the middle 80s. A stationary front will begin to lift north as a warm front, I can’t rule out a few stray showers mainly east of Columbus this afternoon and early evening, but most will miss out.

More clouds with occasional peeks of sunshine on Saturday, highs in the middle 80s. A little more sunshine as we end the week and start early next week.

A warming trend is on the way by the beginning of next week, expect high temperatures to reach the upper 80s by the middle of next week. A few chances for stray showers Tuesday through Thursday but rainfall amounts will be low.
