    Two women shot dead in park, child, 5, found covered in blood and baby girl, 10 months, 'kidnapped'

    Two women have been found dead shot dead with a daughter of one of the mom's missing and another covered in blood, transferred to hospital with a head injury.

    The deceased, both from Texico, were found in a park just north of Clovis, New Mexico on Friday afternoon. Police responded to someone’s 911 call, alerting emergency services to the two dead women found at Ned Houk Park, around five miles north of Clovis.

    Samantha Cisneros, 23, and Taryn Allen, 23, were found by responding officers laying dead on the ground near a silver minivan. Clovis Deputy Police Chief Trevor Thron said investigators police had “no clue” what led to Samantha and Taryn’s deaths

    DPC Thron said: “We do know they were supposed to be at Walmart, from what family members knew, selling puppies. They had five puppies inside their vehicle at Ned Houk. Everybody thought they were at Walmart with the puppies. We’re not sure if they were at Walmart and then went to Ned Houk, we just don’t know.”

    The injured toddler, found nearby, was one of the victim’s daughters . She was discovered nearby with an injured head and was transferred to a Lubbock hospital, according to the Clovis Police Department.

    EMS initially took the girl to Plains Regional Medical Center, before she was transferred. Police also found evidence pointing to a third child’s presence at the scene. They found an infant car seat, stroller, and a small baby bottle at the scene. One news release stated that police were concerned there was an infant present when the crime occurred. This triggered a search for another baby.

    Samantha was mother to the girl with the head injury, and a second child at the scene, 10-month-old Eleia Maria Torres. Police now believe whoever killed the two women, also abducted the 10-month-old.

    If you know where Eleia Maria Torres is, or who may be responsible for this crime, call the Clovis Police Department at (575) 769-1921 or call 911. She is 28 inches tall and weighs 23 pounds, she has brown eyes and brown hair.

    According to Clovis Police, there are currently no suspect details. But it’s believed the perpetrator may have left in a maroon Honda car. Anyone with information about the double murder is asked to call the Clovis Police Department at 575-769-1921.
