CANTON, N.Y. (WWTI) – Phone service was restored at Canton-Potsdam Hospital after an outage on Monday. According to a post on the St. Lawrence Health System Facebook page, service was restored around 7 p.m. Monday night. SLIC has confirmed there was an outage that affected multiple organizations.
