A woman bashed in the head with a glass bottle while shopping at Whole Foods claims in a lawsuit that the Midtown store failed to keep its customers safe. Cassidy Arkin, 49, was grocery shopping at the Sixth Avenue supermarket in October when she was blindsided by a rampaging maniac, authorities said. The NYPD alleges 30-year-old Shaquan Cummings slashed an 11-year-old girl near her ear by the Lexington and 116th Ave subway station Friday afternoon. The girl’s mother told The New York Post that her daughter felt something on the back of her head when the two turned around and saw Cummings with a box cutter.
