The Cleveland Cavaliers have their backs against the wall. Down 3-1 in the series against the mighty Boston Celtics after a 109-102 loss in Game 4 at home Monday night, the Cavs are left with no room for any error.

For Cavaliers head coach JB Bickerstaff, the referees can't also have blunders. Bickerstaff called out the officials following Cleveland's Game 4 loss, as he was particularly frustrated over the lack of foul calls in favor of his team.

"I'll be honest with you, I was disappointed with the way the whistle blew tonight," Bickerstaff said (via Justin Legler of NBC Sports) .

"I thought our guys deserved much better the way that they were competing. They were attacking the paint, they were getting after it the same, as both teams were. We're not asking for anything more, but we're asking for equal and I don't think we got an equal opportunity at it tonight from that standpoint."

In Game 4, the Cavs were called for six fouls in the fourth quarter. The Celtics, on the other hand, were only slapped with one in the same period. Boston went 7/8 from the free throw line in the fourth, several more than the single FT try Cleveland had in the same frame.
