(WJW) – Our warm stretch continues today with record heat possible this afternoon. Temperatures top in the low 80s for most.

The record high in Cleveland was 84 degrees, set in 1899. We’re looking to tie that record! Stay tuned.

Winds and clouds increase ahead of our next system. Showers and thunderstorms accompany a slow-moving cold front this evening. Thankfully, there is no severe risk.

Unfortunately, rain will stick around through midday tomorrow.

Light showers and clouds linger through midday. Following the front we swing back to spring with a brief drop to the 60’s tomorrow. If we see enough sunshine in the afternoon some or our western communities may reach 70.

Rollercoaster temps stick around, fitting as we close in on opening day at Cedar Point! We cool off next week, not quite a Millennium Force drop, temps remain above average.
