The shooting happened before dawn on Thursday, April 18, at the Cleveland Department of Public Works garage along East 65th Street, the FOX 8 I-Team reported .

Authorities allege Schwartz followed the worker to the garage, got into his pickup truck and took a loaded firearm from inside. She allegedly said “I’m going to kill you” before firing three shots.

Schwartz also faces charges of aggravated robbery and tampering with evidence. She is due back in court for a preliminary hearing on Monday, April 29. Her case is expected to go before a county grand jury.
