Frankfort man able to retire after winning $1M on lottery scratch-off
FRANKFORT, Ky. (FOX 56) — A Frankfort man told Kentucky Lottery officials that he plans on retiring after winning $1 million on a scratch-off ticket. The man, who wishes to remain anonymous, purchased a $30 Mega Millionaire scratch-off ticket on April 28 from the Kroger on U.S. 127 Highway South, the lottery said.
