Windermere High, The First Academy win baseball district championships
Both Windermere High and The First Academy won their respective baseball district championships on Thursday, May 2. For the Wolverines (24-3), to bring home the Class 7A, District 5 title they topped Olympia High (17-10) by a score of 5-1. Senior outfielder Ty Head went 2-for-3 from the plate, with a run and RBI, while seniors Gabriel Rodriguez, Juan Lopez and Aidan Reyes each drove in a run.
