    86-year-old man dies after being hit by vehicle in Clarksville

    CLARKSVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — A Clarksville man is dead after he was hit by a vehicle on a crosswalk on Monday night, according to a crash report.

    The report said a 2008 Mazda was traveling south around 8:30 p.m. on North College Avenue when it hit a man as he was walking across a crosswalk.

    Three dead in Franklin County crash

    Marvin Bean, 86, was identified as the victim and did not survive the crash. The report said the driver of the vehicle was not injured.

    Conditions were clear and dry at the time of the crash, the report said.

    No further information was given.
