Mar. 10—LEWISTON — Police wasted no time Friday in searching for an elderly man who was reported to have wandered away from his family in downtown Lewiston. According to court documents obtained by Big Country News Connection, 51-year-old Paul Rowland was taken into custody on February 27 and charged with two felony counts of indecent liberties. One of the charges, 'Indecent Liberties By forcible compulsion,' is a Class A felony, while the other, 'Indecent Liberties When the Victim is Incapable of Consent,' is a Class B felony.
