Man pleads guilty to fatal 2021 Clarkson crash

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A man pleaded guilty to a vehicular manslaughter charges relating to a crash that cost a woman her life.

Kenneth William Ingham, 48, was arrested in South Carolina following a homicide investigation in Monroe County back in November of 2023. Police said he was arrested on vehicular manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide, and DWI charges in connection to a fatal motorcycle crash that happened years prior in the Town of Clarkson.

Susanne Miller was critically injured as a result of a crash in August of 2021. Miller was airlifted to a hospital and died months later as a result of the crash that Ingham was involved in according to police.

Ingham is scheduled back in court for sentencing on June 13.
