'Climbing our way up': Mother & son open new Vietnamese coffee shop on Spokane's South Hill
SPOKANE, Wash. — A new spot on Spokane's South Hill is blending traditional Vietnamese coffee with a little pampering. "Vietnamese coffee is like a strong brew of coffee, but what makes it special is the fin that we use to put the coffee grounds in that allows the water to slowly drip through, and leaves you with a super strong, rich, bold coffee," said Tim Nguyen, who runs the coffee shop with his mom, Tammy.
