local bills flick premieres
At 7:00 p.m. on December 2, dreams could come true for Bills’ fans—at least, on the big screen—when UNBILLIEVABLE! premieres at North Park Theatre. The movie was shot entirely in Buffalo, sponsored by local businesses, and crowdfunded by fans, who are at the heart of the story. “Players come and go, but we’re still here,” says filmmaker Scott Rubin, who co-directed with J. Garrett Vorreuter. “We’re much more interesting than the actual football team: how we survive as fans, year after year; our quirks and coping mechanisms that make us come back the next season even more committed and insane.” To view a trailer, preorder the movie, or purchase tickets, visit unbillievablethemovie.com.
