Trader Joe's opening new Florida store Nov. 5, more coming in 2027

Attention shoppers ! Florida's newest Trader Joe's is opening Nov. 5 in Orlando. It's one of dozens of locations nationwide that the quirky grocer is opening at the end of 2026, but it's not the only Florida location on its way. A Sarasota location will open by the end of 2026, according to company spokesperson Nakia Rohde, and more are planned for 2027. "Next year, we plan to add new Trader Joe’s in Boynton Beach, Orlando, Kissimmee, Maitland, Central Naples, and Vero Beach," Rohde said. "We are actively looking at hundreds of neighborhoods across the country as we hope to open more new neighborhood stores each year." Shop Trader Joe's with Instacart Trader Joe's recently opened locations in West Palm Beach in June, in Melbourne last December, and Daytona Beach a year ago. The popular California-based grocery chain, known for its private-label " unique and interesting products ," along with seasonal favorites and its highly sought-after totes, invited customers to join "Captain Randy and Crew" for the 8 a.m. opening. Aldi opening 2 Florida stores Oct. 29, 3 more in November

Discount grocery giant Aldi continues its Florida invasion, with five more Florida stores coming in the next few weeks to help stretch your shopping dollars . Stores in Madison and Zephyrhills open Thursday, Oct. 29, while more locations in Longwood, Sebring, and Tavares open Nov. 12. At each grand opening, the first 200 customers in line will get a Golden Ticket that could be worth up to $100, and an eco-friendly bag full of Aldi goodies. For the rest of the day, anyone can get a free Aldi shopping tote bag while supplies last. Doors open at 9 a.m., but the grand openings are generally at 8:45 a.m. Shop Aldi with Instacart Counting these locations, there will soon be 355 Aldi stores in Florida , more than in any other state. The German-owned chain has opened about 60 new locations here this year, on top of 60 in 2025, as part of its goal to reach 3,200 stores nationwide by the end of 2028.
