What’s in a name? A lot, and it’s not always clear cut.

Salinas voters weigh repeal of local rent protections
As Election Day draws near, the city of Salinas has released an updated list of frequently asked questions about its rent stabilization program that includes information about Measure H, the ballot measure that if passed would repeal the program along with three other tenant-related ordinances. The F AQs on the city's website , outlines what Measure H would do and would not do if passed. The clarification comes after a coalition opposing Measure H spent weeks crying foul over what tenant advocates say has been a misleading campaign from the Yes on H camp. O-Block may be one of the most recognizable names in Chicago Hip-Hop, but a California man apparently wants to put his own legal stamp on it. And I have a feeling this could get contentious if the right people catch wind of it. And they will thanks to me. 🙂
