TRENTON, FLA (WCJB) - This week’s TV20 high school sports play of the week winner comes from the Trenton softball team. In the Class 1A district championship. Addison Allaire was a pain to handle at the plate and in the pitching circle. She hit a RBI single to set the tone and retired 12 batters. A group of Williston state basketball champions sign their national letters of intent
WILLISTON, Fla. (WCJB) - After back-to-back championships, a trio of Williston boys basketball champs signs their national letters of intent this week. Reggie White put pen to paper with Waynesburg University in Waynesburg, Pennsyvania. The program won 9 more games than the previous year. White was a facilitator of the ball and a silent but effective scorer who was third in scoring with the Red Devils with nearly 11 points a game and second on the team with over five assists a game.

Dump truck crash injures Bell man
A 61-year-old Bell man is in serious condition after his dump truck blew a tire Tuesday and crashed into a tree on State Road 247 in Columbia County. According to a Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) release, the man was driving a 1995 Ford LTLS 9000 dump truck south on SR 247 south of SW Allison Terrace at 1:15 p.m. when the left front tire blew out. The truck travelled off the east shoulder where it struck a tree.
