CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - A father faces charges after police say he left his 10-month-old child in a car alone while at the JACK casino, according to investigators. Cleveland Police Sgt. Wilfredo Diaz says officers found the child in a parking garage at 2151 Ontario Street. According to officers, the girl’s father left her alone for over an hour and a half while he was inside the casino.
