⚠️ Update: SR190 Reopened at Willow Heights after Vehicle Slide Off
The time displayed is local to the original X account in Big/Little Cottonwood Canyons. Following an earlier vehicle slide off on SR190 near Willow Heights, the Utah Department of Public Safety Law Enforcement (UPDSL) had been on the scene managing traffic for vehicle recovery. The incident had resulted in alternating traffic flows, causing travel delays and potentially stopped traffic to and from Solitude Mountain Resort (SolitudeMTN) and Brighton Resort. As of the latest update, UPDSL has successfully cleared the vehicle, and both lanes of SR190 are now fully open to traffic. Travelers should still expect minor delays in both directions to and from Solitude Mountain, Brighton Resort, and the surrounding Brighton area as traffic congestion clears. Regular updates and traffic conditions can be monitored through the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) traffic updates.
