Ohio man arrested in Cedar City for allegedly kidnapping a California girl
CEDAR CITY — An Ohio man was found Wednesday at a Cedar City gas station with a California teen who had been reported kidnapped. Ryan Gray Patch, 27, of Ohio, was booked into the Iron County Jail on suspicion of felony charges of aggravated kidnapping, endangerment of a child, and misdemeanor charges of possession of marijuana/spice and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to the police affidavit.

Police: Pickup driver runs red light, collides with minivan on SR-56 in Cedar City
CEDAR CITY — A pickup truck driver ran a red light and crashed into the side of a minivan in Cedar City on Thursday afternoon, police said. SALT LAKE CITY — I saw a short clip of of this video, showing a soloist and children's choir singing a song from "Wicked," and I knew I had to go find the full thing. During this entire seven-minute medley, I was awed at the various soloists and the entire Utah choir, One Voice Children's Choir. Their facial expressions and enthusiasm proves these children are definitely enjoying themselves.

Arbor Day is one of the world’s largest nonprofit conservation organizations dedicated to planting trees. First celebrated in 1872, it was established as a way to encourage farmers and homesteaders to plant trees that would provide shade, shelter, food, fuel and beauty to open area. Communities around the state can celebrate Arbor Day any day of the year. Brian Head’s Arbor Day Celebration was July 18, 2024. Several attended and helped plant trees.
