PORTLAND (WGME) - Portland Police are remembering an unhoused person who went missing on this day 11 years ago. Ryan Blagojevic was 37-year-old when he went missing in 2013. Police say he was in Portland for about six months at the time he went missing and was known to travel around the state, as well as Massachusetts.
