'Proud Dad' burgles unlocked gas station in Tennessee while manager was away
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — A man in Tennessee wearing a T-shirt reading 'Proud Dad of 2022 Graduate" was caught on camera doing something no child would be proud of. Police in East Ridge say the man hid in the bathroom of a gas station and took advantage of an empty store when the manager left the front door unlocked when he went to a nearby bank.

The following information is courtesy of the East Ridge Police Department. 24-009426 – 3600 BLK Ringgold Road – Well Being Check – Police were dispatched on a report of two to three children being left unattended inside a running vehicle. The vehicle was leaving the scene when the officers arrived. Police spoke with the driver who stated she did not speak English. The children all appeared to be okay.
