CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WCHS) — A Kanawha County man who pleaded guilty to a property crime earlier this month faces up to a decade in prison, prosecutors said. Heightened Flash Flood Risk This Morning Thanks to Sluggish Low Pressure
WOAY-TV (Oak Hill, WV): Slow-moving low pressure and a very moist atmosphere will trigger spots of standing water, poor drainage flooding and elevated streams this morning. Doppler radar indicates pockets of 1.5-2.0 inches of rain will fall in an hour in the heavier showers and thunderstorms, mainly west of our region in the Charleston area. The teen girl said her softball coach was grooming her but because of "burden of proof issues," prosecutors couldn't do anything.
