Saturday was the festival’s third annual appearance at the casino, bringing together a wide variety of visual and musical artists. StardustFest is the creation of Rapid City singer/songwriter Bobbie Jo Kuhl, who said she understood the frustrations of trying to break through as an artist and wanted to provide others with an opportunity to do so.
