Public hearing scheduled for proposed Carolina Beach budget that features property tax and utility rate increases
CAROLINA BEACH, N.C. (WECT) - The proposed 2024-25 Carolina Beach budget features a 2-cent property tax increase and a 4% increase in the utility rate, according to the town. The town announced that a public hearing on the proposed budget will be held on Tuesday, June 11, beginning at 6 p.m. The hearing will be held in Town Council Chambers, at 1121 North Lake Park Blvd.
