OSBI: Several arrested following January homicide at marijuana grow in Okfuskee County and marijuana grow site robberies

UPDATE (4/26/24) — The Oklahoma Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) said several suspects were arrested following robberies at marijuana grow facilities and a January homicide at a marijuana grow site in Okfuskee County.

On Jan. 7, Okfuskee County deputies responded to a property near State Hwy 48 and E 1020 Rd near Castle, Oklahoma.

On Jan. 27, the Stephens County Sheriff’s Office responded to a home invasion robbery at another marijuana grow site, OSBI said in a Facebook post. Several suspects were identified throughout the investigation.

The OSBI posted about the arrests on Facebook.

"On March 7, OSBI special agents, Stephens County investigators, Texas Rangers, the Waco Police Department, and the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport Police Department arrested 50-year-old Yi Lee, 31-year-old Justin Stewart, 36-year-old Artist Stewart, 45-year-old Ricky Harris, and 29-year-old Timothy Evans in Texas. 35-year-old Andre Dawson was arrested several days later," OSBI said. "They were all charged in connection to the Stephens County robbery."

"On April 24, OSBI special agents, the United States Marshals Service, and the Oklahoma City Police Department arrested 24-year-old Dillon Brown, 18-year-old Isavier Dawkins, 38-year-old Holland Mason, and 23-year-old Kayla Green in Oklahoma City," OSBI said in the post. "Those four suspects and Lee were charged in connection to the Okfuskee County homicide and robbery."

The investigation is still on going.

Okfuskee County deputies responded to a property near State Hwy 48 and E 1020 Rd near Castle, Oklahoma. They discovered the body of 53-year-old Harry who was killed from an apparent gunshot wound.

Upon arriving at the scene, they discovered the body of 53-year-old Harry who was killed from an apparent gunshot wound.

Other victims were found to be physically assaulted, but are expected to recover.

OSBI agents began investigating the scene and determined the property was a legal marijuana grow site.

Multiple suspects had broken into the property and stole a number of items.

OSBI is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrests and convictions of this case.
