'Loud and clear': Folsom city officials hear community feedback on homelessness
Folsom city officials say they want to make it "inconvenient" to be homeless in their community. During this week’s city council meeting, Mayor Mike Kozlowski reported back on findings of a “listening session” he and Vice Mayor Sarah Aquino held April 11 with community members. During that session, about 90 Folsom residents provided feedback on how the city can best confront its growing homeless problem.
