Video: Dirt bikers arrested after Canfield chase

CANFIELD, Ohio (WKBN) – Two people were arrested after leading police on a chase on dirt bikes in Canfield Wednesday night.

Body camera footage shows one of the dirt bike riders waving at Mahoning County Sheriff deputies while leading officers on a chase down Route 224 in Canfield around 9:40 p.m. Wednesday.

At times, the men can be seen waving and making obscene gestures at the officers before one was pulled from his bike and handcuffed in the street.

The other was caught a few minutes later after running into backyards.

Investigators are now checking to see if the motorcycles were stolen.
