Hopewell, N.Y. (WHAM) — A convicted rapist from Ontario County allegedly hired a hitman to kill three people who sent him to jail. A jury convicted Alexander Kise, 21, of Canandaigua, of rape and other charges March 15, after prosecutors said he held a victim captive for two days, sexually assaulted, injured and threatened her in June 2022.
