Cambridge/Deerfield girls soccer wins against Jefferson

Three different seniors scored a goal in a Cambridge/Deerfield girls soccer 3-1 win over Jefferson on Friday, May 3 at Cambridge High School.

Senior Kaila Buehler scored in the ninth minute, while senior Grace Carlson broke a 1-1 tie with a goal in the 25th minute. Senior Audrey Kessenich scored the third United goal in the 61st minute.

For Jefferson, junior Addison McMahon scored in the 21st minute.

Cambridge/Deerfield is 2-7-1 on the season and 1-2 in conference play.

Sugar River 8, Cambridge/Deerfield 0

Each of the Brenkman sisters scored a hat trick as Sugar River defeated the Cambridge/Deerfield girls soccer team 8-0 on Tuesday, April 30 at CHS.

Anya Brenkman scored in the fourth, 29th and 57th minute for the hat trick. Bella Brenkman scored in the sixth, 38th and 53rd minute. Hannah Boldebuck (54th) and Nikole Schultz (59th) also scored for Sugar River.
