Man Arrested After Drive-By Shooting Results in Vehicle Pursuit
Heroic efforts by Cañon City Police officers to end a dangerous police pursuit resulted in the arrest of Andrew Seymour (34), of Canon City, after Seymour allegedly committed a drive-by shooting in the 2100 block of Central Ave. at approximately 3 p.m. July 24. Seymour, who is currently on parole, was arrested on the following charges:

Wanted violent fugitive caught near Penrose by U.S. Marshals
FREMONT COUNTY, Colo. (KRDO) – One of Fremont County's most-wanted fugitives is now behind bars. Richard Capek, 35, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service tactical team on Tuesday after a short standoff at a rural residence near Highway 50 and R Street, approximately five miles east of Penrose.
