Morristown Multifamily Community, Max on Morris, Has a New Owner
MORRISTOWN, NJ - Max on Morris, the 85 multifamily unit in Morirstown that Mayor Dougherty praised in his 2024 budget address has been sold. The announcement was made by The Hampshire Companies on Thursday morning. Max on Morris also features four affordable residences and 14 supportive housing units for residents with special needs.
