Plymouth Man Arrested on Indecent Exposure Charge
Plymouth officers responded to Red D Mart on Tuesday, December 5 at 12:11 a.m. ET after receiving reports that a suspicious male had been exposing himself to customers. Officers identified the suspect as Devoe S. Watkins, 48, of Plymouth. Watkins had allegedly been urinating in the parking lot and exposing himself to people as they were getting fuel.

Look of Town of Culver Utility Bills to Change
The utility bills for the Town of Culver will soon have a different look. Clerk-Treasurer Karen Heim told the Culver Town Council members during the November 28 meeting that a new utility system being used will print a full paper bill with more details on them. Las Vegas Man Arrested after Traffic Stop
A Las Vegas man was arrested Tuesday, December 5 after a traffic stop in Marshall County. A Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputy initiated the traffic stop after the driver was allegedly speeding. Upon speaking with the driver, 61-year-old Michael D.
