Plymouth Man Arrested on Indecent Exposure Charge
Plymouth officers responded to Red D Mart on Tuesday, December 5 at 12:11 a.m. ET after receiving reports that a suspicious male had been exposing himself to customers. Officers identified the suspect as Devoe S. Watkins, 48, of Plymouth. Watkins had allegedly been urinating in the parking lot and exposing himself to people as they were getting fuel.

Three people were arrested in recent calls handled by the Plymouth Police Department. Officers responded to an animal complaint Monday, December 4 at 3:46 p.m. ET at a residence on West Madison Street. Look of Town of Culver Utility Bills to Change
The utility bills for the Town of Culver will soon have a different look. Clerk-Treasurer Karen Heim told the Culver Town Council members during the November 28 meeting that a new utility system being used will print a full paper bill with more details on them. The utility bill that went out in November will likely be the last time customers will see a postcard-type payment notice.
Las Vegas Man Arrested after Traffic Stop
A Las Vegas man was arrested Tuesday, December 5 after a traffic stop in Marshall County. A Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputy initiated the traffic stop after the driver was allegedly speeding. Upon speaking with the driver, 61-year-old Michael D. Goldman, police say the officer found that Goldman did not have a valid driver’s license and marijuana was in plain view of the officer.
