Mother owl discovered dead in Lincoln Park, feared to have ingested rat poison
The mother owl from a family that made a home in the North Pond Nature Sanctuary in Lincoln Park was found dead. The Chicago Bird Collision Monitors posted the news on Facebook. The owl was found a sidewalk, covered in blood.
