Silver Alert canceled for missing man from Town of Burke

TOWN OF BURKE, Wis. -- A Silver Alert was canceled Monday for a missing 61-year-old man from the Town of Burke in Dane County, after he was found safe.

According to the Wisconsin Department of Justice, Steven N. Bowman was last seen at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday in the 5300 block of Felland Road.

A news release said Bowman is 6 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds. He was seen wearing a quarter-zip light gray Badgers pullover over a green-and-teal T-shirt, along with blue jeans and black shoes.

The direction of his travel and locations of interest were unknown.
